Christmas Delivery Dates

With it now being less than a month until Christmas we’re excited to be able to give you a guide to help you prepare for any Christmas gifts you get from J&S. You should order by the following dates at the very latest:

Australasia & Asia – Tuesday 3rd December

Africa & South America – Thursday 5th December

Europe – Sunday 8th December

North America – Monday 9th December

UK – Tuesday 17th Dec

These dates are taken from a guide by the Royal Mail and are not a guarantee of delivery by the specified dates. Please order early to ensure delivery of your order. Thank you!

    Question. If you order after the date will the items be delivered in Jan? I live in the North America area New York City. So I was just checking. I know there is a time period that you are closed.

    Hi Andy,
    We will close on Friday 20th December so the last orders this year will be dispatched then. We may be in to post out some orders after this but that is not guaranteed. Normal service will resume on Monday January 6th.

    Is there anyway that we can track the package? And you shipped to Louisiana, North America on December 9 do you have any idea when it will arrive.

    Hi Cheryl,

    All our orders are shipped 1st Class Royal Mail which cannot be tracked, as it is only 4 days i wouldn’t have expected it to arrive yet, but hopefully you will receive it soon, thanks xx
